PRIVATE 1:1 FASCIA SESSION

Come and experience the work for yourself.

This is a private 1-1 fascia session with Charlotte, working hands-on with your fascia.

The work is very gentle, floor-based and suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness.

The only requirement is that you must be able to get up and down from the floor. A chair can be provided to assist you when getting down to and up from the floor.

After booking

Once your session has been purchased, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment time that works for both diaries.

You will then receive the full address and everything you need for your appointment.
